Oculoplastic Surgery
Reconstructive and cosmetic eyelid surgery, including blepharoplasty, ptosis correction and eyelid reconstruction.
Orbital Surgery
Treatment of orbital conditions, including Graves’ orbitopathy, orbital inflammation and tumours of the orbit.
Cosmetic Eyelid Surgery
Cosmetic Eyelid Surgery Service at the Focuskliniek, Oogziekenhuis Rotterdam — treating patients from the Netherlands and abroad since 2008.
Teaching & Research
Dr Paridaens leads the residency program at the Rotterdam Eye Hospital and has been Oculoplastic Fellowship Director for national and overseas fellows since 2002. His research focuses on orbital inflammatory conditions, eyelid surgery and ocular oncology, and he has supervised many PhD students.
About
Trained at Moorfields Eye Hospital London, awarded the FC Donders Prize for his thesis on ocular melanoma, and appointed Officer of the Order of Orange (royal recognition, 2024).
