In 2013 my colleague and friend Willem van den Bosch and myself published a book on eyelid reconstruction on the internet. It is the result of many years of close collaboration in the Oculoplastic Service in the Rotterdam Eye Hospital, a referral center for the Netherlands and abroad. The book includes references to published work by our group.
